Whilst the lemons come from the family’s lemon grove, the production and bottling of Villa Massa limoncello takes place at the modern factory in Piano di Sorrento: here, efficient high-tech facilities enable us to produce large quantities of limoncello, whilst still preserving the unique taste of tradition.
The stages of production consist of: peeling the lemons, infusing the peels in the alcohol, filtration, blending with a syrup of water and sugar, and finally storing the finished product in tuff warehouses, in accordance with a procedure that ensures that the product is perfectly preserved.
