Skewer with mozzarella pearls, cherry tomatoes and basil leaves
Preparation method
Preparing a Bloody Pizza is as easy as making a Bloody Mary: mix 30ml tomato juice, 20ml Villa Massa Limoncello, 10ml vodka, the juice of 1/3 of a lemon, a splash of tabasco, Worcestershire sauce and a pinch of ground pepper.
Serve in a Martini cocktail glass, accompanied by a tricolour skewer with mozzarella pearls, cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.
