Limoncello Granita
Ingredients
- 200g sugar
- 40g grated ginger
- 250g lemon juice
- 200 ml Villa Massa Limoncello
- Grated zest of a Sorrento PGI lemon
Preparation method
- To prepare limoncello granita, bring a pot of water to boil, then add 200g sugar and 40g grated ginger.
- Remove from the heat and leave to cool. Once it has reached room temperature, add 250g lemon juice and 200ml Villa Massa Limoncello.
- Place in the freezer to chill, then serve cold in a classic cup or a simple glass, garnished with the grated zest of a Sorrento PGI lemon.
