Sgroppino is a very easy cocktail to prepare: in a blender, combine 35ml chilled Villa Massa Limoncello, the juice of 1 Sorrento PGI lemon, 50ml prosecco DOC and 1 tablespoon of lemon sorbet.
Blending all the ingredients for 2 or 3 minutes
This will give you a fizzy and foamy drink to be served in a champagne flute, garnished with a slice of Sorrento PGI lemon or a thin slice of its peel.
Enjoy it as a refreshing interlude between courses, or at the end of a meal as a surprising digestive.
